Nairobi National Park is unique, but its future survival is threatened. Nowhere else in the world can be seen such a variety of wildlife bordering a major city. Gazetted in 1946, the Park is 117 km2 and is connected to a dispersal area of 2,000km2. Together, this large ecosystem supports abundant wildlife.
Please join FoNNaP, a registered, non-profit, voluntary organization, to support Nairobi National Park and our work helping the Kenya Wildlife Service in safeguarding the Park and its wildlife. Free benefits to FoNNaP members include informative meetings and activities such as lectures, walks or films each last Saturday of the month, with the option of free entry to the Park for litter collection the next day. We provide regular updates on the Park through newsletters and emails, and every two months (on the first Sunday) members may help in a Park game count.
Annual membership categories remain:
Individual: KSh 1,000
Family: Ksh 2,000
Student: Ksh 500
Corporate: Ksh 10,000.
Please ring our FoNNaP office with your name and contact details, and pay either through MPESA, a bank transfer or visit our FoNNaP office beside the Nairobi National Park main gate and pay by cash or cheque, while collecting your card or corporate certificate. Corporate members are acknowledged in our newsletters and on our website.
